How to Change cPanel Style/Theme?

Switching over to another cPanel theme with a different style is easy and there are two ways to do so. First method: Paper Lantern Theme. 1.  Log into your cPanel account. 2.  In the " Preferences " section, click on the " Change Style " Icon. 3.  You will see a lot of themes on the themes page. Just select the one you like and click on " Apply ".  Second method: Change the theme instantly (Retro X3 Theme Only) 1.  We assume you are already logged into your cPanel account. How to update your cPanel Contact Information or receive a notification on reaching quota limit?

If you want to receive notification on reaching your disk quota, bandwidth usage limit, reaching email disk quota or want to update your cPanel contact information, follow these steps. 1.  Log into your cPanel account. 2.  In the " Preferences " section, click on " Contact Information " Icon. 3.  You should see an input box under the line that says " This is an email address at which the system can contact you. This should be an email address that is not on your account. " This should be an email address that is not on your account if you have one. Update  your existing email address or add your secondary email address in the second email input box. 4.  Click on the " Save " button.

How to Download Backup of Home Directory, MySQL or E-mail Only?

1.  Log into your cPanel account. 2.  In the " Files " section, click on " Backup Wizard " Icon. 3.  Under " Backup or Restore " text, click on the "Backup" button.  4.  In the 2nd step " Full or Partial Backup " option, under " Select Partial Backup ", you need to click on " Home Directory " to download home directory  only or should you wish to download only " MySQL Databases ", click on " MySQL Database ".  5.  Now click on the " Download " link/button.

How to enable Apache SpamAssassin in cPanel ?

Apache SpamAssassin is a mail filter that identifies spam. It is an intelligent email filter that uses a diverse range of tests to identify unsolicited  bulk email, more commonly known as spam. These tests examine email headers and content to classify email with advanced statistical methods. . 1.  Login to your cPanel Account at www.vcclhosting.com . 2.  In the " Email " section, click on " Apache SpamAssassin " Icon. 3.  Click on the " Enable Apache  SpamAssassin " button. Now, when you receive a spam message with spam score of 5 or more, the spam email will be automatically removed by Spam Assassin.

How to Remove Parked Domain name in cPanel?

1.  Log into your cPanel account at www.vcclhocting.com client area. 2.  In the " Domains " section, click on " Parked Domains " Icon. 3.  Under " Remove Aliases ", locate the parked domain name and click on the " Remove " link. 4.  For confirmation you will need to click on the " Remove Alias " button once more. You should see a success message that your Parked/Alias Domain is removed.

How to Redirect your website to any page or external domain?

1.  Log into your cPanel account at www.vcclhosting.com . 2.  In the " Domains " section, click on " Redirects " Icon. 3.  Under " Add Redirect " you should enter the following details and chose the appropriate option. Type:  Permanent (301) or Temporary (302) http://(www.)?:  Leave this as it is or should you just want to redirect a folder or a page, then enter the name of your folder or a full page path in the text box. Redirects to:  Where you want to redirect your current domain or a page. 4.  Click on the " Add " button.
